Saddle pricing... Any thoughts?

Im having troubles.. I don't know what I want to price my saddle!! I do want it to be over 50$ but could it be worth only 35$?? One girl sold her saddle for 75$ on stable mate size well this is what it looks like now (P.S its gonna get painted silver cast stirrups!!)

Stirrup leather..

Yes you got it!! I added stirrups leathers... But guess what... Since riding dolls have different leg size... THEY ARE ADJUSTABLE!! : D and they just need to be hole punched to look extra realistic... And I might not be able to get stirrups that I wanted :/ maybe.. But here's photos!! :)

All it needs are a pair of panels to really nicely fit this horse, and guess what?

It fits others!! I really am enjoying this mold!! But there may not be any padded knee rolls :(

Saddle seat... Check!

I'm done it! : D I love doing this! Oh and if you want a custom SM scale saddle (by the way finding SM scaled saddles are kinda hard!) I'm selling this!! :) and you can watch it being made every step if the way!! :3 its gonna have padded panels stirrups and lots of things :) it's probably going to be 35-60$ maybe depends how it turns out :3 this is going to be good though!! I feel it :3!

Somewhat... A saddle?

Um... Well I have to go to bed :( and its not fun because I have to stop my tack making D': I tried making padded knee pads... I failed really badly :( :/ any tips would be amazing!! But I'm gonna have to use tomorrow as a day to try and teach myself how to make padded knee pads... It's so hard!! But this is the think that will make my tack better, panels are pretty easy though, here's a spam of photos!! 

Still needs some fitting!! That will be done once its down :3

Ugh.... I can't wait!!

I can't wait to come back home and start my saddle!! I have the pattern pretty much cut out I just need to cut out the leather pieces and I have to start :D

Pony harness and saddles

Well, I'm done the harness and onto a saddle that will hopefully be finished in a few days/a week the seat is already padded and the skirts are being added soon, its a really really nice saddle so far!! I'm actually going to add legit stirrups to this one and stirrups that can be adjustable and have awesome saddle flaps and stuff and have padded I forgot what they are called but they go under the saddle :3 and it will have dee rings and stuff and awesomeness everywhere :3 XD 

Blogger makes quality so bad :( also the cantering mold that has his head in a frame in the top photo... I don't like it :( instead I'm taking the walking, turning, quarter horse :3

It's done.. In 3 days!!

Finally its actually done, and looking amazing :) and I got my phone back probably only for today, eddy was amazing we did cross country too! He jumped the "scary flowers" :) and he framed in the trot but I can't switch his bit :/ I guess ill just have to kill my arms... One rider that was riding him was hard in the mouth, causing him to become hard... Which is sad because it almost ruined any chance of him framing :/ but here's the harness! Oh and it's terrible 5 minute made bridle, I don't care its for a donkey and it has a buckle for them annoying ears and its bitless, sadly no photos of the finished bridle :/

Sad... :( no posting for 2 weeks

I won't be here for 1 week or 2 guys.. I'm banned from my phone :/ sorry :( but I will be done my donkey harness so look forward to that!!

Slow very slow progress

Well, in two hours I expected to make the loin strap and all the other straps which I did, but I also expected to be done half way throughout donkey bridle, and since this guys a donkey, not a horse he's getting a custom donkey bridle :) basically its gonna be a nose band, the nose band strap then just the... I forgot what its called D: but its what goes over the horses head and over the eyes and holds the nose band strap and the bit strap together, and I'm not gonna have a cheek strap, and the donkey will most likely not have a bit, a ring will be glued onto the nose band :3 and then the nose band strap will be adjustable, because of humongous donkey ears :P who knows, maybe I will put a buckle on the bit strap too and make an actual bridle! It will probably be with the annoying cheek piece, the leather straps I use are just WAYYYYY too thin to use buckles on a cheek strap :/

Twisted 3 ring snaffle bit

Well, I found a twisted 3 ring snaffle bit... But it's 133$!!! Woah!! Haha I'd probably stick to the 35$ jointed 3 ring snaffle!! : D but the bit is pretty nice and if my riding instructer lets me, eddys gonna have to get used to the normal snaffle!! :) 

This is the amazing twisted snaffle :P 

Donkey harnesses

I'm just a donkey, just getting a harness and finally being useful :) oh I can't wait until my harness is down, then no one complains about me being lazy or just extra money to pay for, now ill pull around the children and pull around hay to where its needed, oh I can't wait!! 

My harness will be glued and sowed for maximum duration :)

My cart will be hand made too! First out of card board, then maybe foam board then made out of actual wheels and thin aluminum strips!! :)

Oh eddy!

If you guys don't know who he is, he's my lease pony! He's a black welsh pony about 13 hands and has the most attitude I've ever seen! But I love him and he's jump 3.6-4 foot before!! : D I love him to death no matter how stupid he is 😂 I can't wait to ride him again, we are starting cross country and have a show in October!! Oh I love him so much :) and I really need to clean out my inventory!! I can't have any more photos than 800 and I have 1,247 😂😂😱😱😂😂 

That's him :) I love him to bits and can't wait to see him again!! Also I want to switch his bit from this full check twisted snaffle 

To this a jointed 3 ring snaffle, to give me some leverage because galloping on a feild and jumping equals into a raceing pony That I can't stop haha!!!

Hopefully it will give me a little bit more pressure but be not much different that a full cheek snaffle, this bit will just be more stronger, it just will be a 2 pounds more, if I pull one pound he will feel 2, if I pull 2 pounds he feels 4, if I pull 3 he feels 6, I pulls 5 he would feel 10 and so on, when he wants to he can be an extremely head strong pony and his twisted snaffle bit just isn't strong enough for those times :/ I'm pretty sure I can find a jointed 3 ring twisted snaffle :) then when normally riding I just switch the reins to the biggest ring and he feels one pound if I pull one pound :) then shows or when he's with other horses in the ring I switch it to the lowest one :) 

Race pony!!!! 🐎🐎🐴🐴 and please guys!! Tell me what you think, is this okay to switch him from his old bit just for shows so I can have some more control? Or can you suggest a different one? Thanks!!

Long days

I don't like long school days, they take forever and I can't wait to keep on going on my donkey harness!!

Tack making, donkey style!!

This poor donkey, lost his best friend a goat, and was always ignored and teased and kicked and bit by the younger foals, he always wanted something to call his own, he also wishes he wasn't as fat, so today his owners decided to make him, a cart and harness! What happy donkey this donkey will be :)

I'm a ghost

No not actually haha but I have been at our cottage and there was no wifi... :( which meant no blog, I'm useing my dads phone right now and haveing fun, tomorrow, more tack to come!!! :)
